According to a recent report published by CCID, Kstar, the leading provider of data center infrastructure and solutions has once again topped the list of China's UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) market based on 2020 unit sales. The company has been leading the domestic market for 21 years consecutively. 

Based on this latest CCID data, Kstar sold 20,0000 online UPS in China last year, 120000 more than the 2nd ranked supplier and climb to sixth in high capacity ≥200kva UPS market. Kstar UPSs are widely used in China's telecom, finance, and transportation industry.

According to CCID analysis, the total revenue of the China UPS market reached US$1.15 billion (7.46 billion RMB) in 2020, with a year-on-year growth of 3.2%. Although the Covid-19 pandemic had caused a drop in China UPS Q1-Q2 sales due to nationwide lockdowns at the peak of its Covid-19 outbreak, the shipments have recovered steadily and achieve growth after the coronavirus outbreak under control. The development of the digital economy and China's new infrastructure plan all play important roles in speeding up the UPS market, said the report.
