Kstar Ranks #1 in China UPS Market among Local Brands for 2021

 KSTAR (00251. SZ) continues to be the most popular local UPS brand in China by sales volume in 2021, research company CCID claims in its newest report. In addition, Kstar also dominates China's fast-growing modular UPS market and high-capacity UPS (>200kVA) market.

 

China UPS company Kstar ranks top at UPS market


The CCID paper, Annual Report on China UPS Market 2021-2022, published in mid-2022, states that China's Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) market grew 13% year-on-year to reach 8.47 billion yuan (1.26 billion U.S. dollars). The highest contribution in the market mainly came from the rise of digital economics and the new infrastructure plan in the country. The report also highlights that modular UPS and high-capacity UPS segments are still growing fast in the country, accounting for 46.9% and 42.3% of the UPS market respectively.

Based on the CCID data, KSTAR sold over 221,000 UPS throughout 2021 accounting for 13.2% of the China's UPS market, representing the largest market share among all domestic UPS suppliers. Overall, this is the 21st consecutive year that Kstar has been named a top player in the report.

In addition to its overall ranking, Kstar was recognized on two other specific lists.
